We offer the option to customize your portal to suit your preferences. If you prefer working in low-light environments, you may find the ‘Dark Mode’ theme particularly useful.

Admin​

Use your admin page to manage all additional users to your Monek Portal account.

Adding a User​

  1. Adding a user is simple. Select the ‘add new user’ icon in the top right corner of the page.

  1. Enter the new user’s details. This needs to be their full name and email address.
  2. Don’t forget to assign them a role. This will dictate what the user can and cannot access.
