Account Application

Begin your journey with Monek by applying for an account. During the application process, you will need to submit evidence of your business and identity. Our onboarding team will review and process your application promptly.

Choosing Your Payment Channel

Based on your application, select the channel you wish to proceed with:

Terminal Merchant Route

If you choose this route, we will send you a terminal via our logistics partner with next-day delivery. Guides on setting up the terminal are available on our site, and phone support is available during extended business hours.

E-commerce Route

Build your integration using the test account provided by our support team. You can also start your application for a live account. It may be advisable to wait for your application to be approved before completing your entire integration.

  • Plugins: Connect your existing commerce systems to our platform for a seamless payment flow.

  • Review the list of prohibited or restricted products and services to ensure your business is eligible.
  • Contact our Sales team to determine if Monek is the right fit for your business.
  • Familiarize yourself with the requirements for a live account.

We will also send you a data security attestation form. Complete this form based on your technical integration to ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. For more details on compliance, refer to the PCI section on our site.
