Xero
Connect your Monek Portal directly to Xero via a secure OAuth2 integration and enjoy seamless, automated syncing between your transaction data and your accounting platform.
Once connected, every aspect of your Xero configuration — the connected organisation, branding, and payment accounts — is managed from Settings → Xero in the Monek Portal. There's nothing to configure on the Xero side beyond authorising access.

Managing your Xero configuration in the Monek Portal
Under Settings → Xero in the Monek Portal, you can:

| Connect account | Authorise the Monek Portal to access your Xero organisation. This links the Xero tenant to your Monek business unit. |
| Choose a branding theme | Select from your existing Xero branding themes to control how invoices and payment pages are presented to your customers. |
| Set fee & payment accounts | Choose which Xero ledger accounts receive processing fees and settled payments. |
| Enable Google Pay | Turn on Google Pay as a checkout option for your customers. |
| View connection status | See at a glance whether your Xero payment service is active. |
| Disconnect account | Revoke access and unlink the Xero organisation at any time. |
Branding themes are managed in Xero and simply selected in the Monek Portal — to create or edit a theme, do so in Xero first, then choose it from the list in Settings → Xero.
